The use of IoT to solve Farming Problems

As with every other field, IoT is moving into farming, providing plants the right amount of water, nutrients, sunlight and heat.  Though historically planting has always been in soil, they do not consume SiO2.  Water nutrients can be supplied if roots are a container water provided mechanical support; such hydroponics have achieved 30-50% faster growth, utilizing much less space/output, using 1000% light either from sun through greenhouses or LEDs.  Such systems enabled tiny country Netherlands to become second largest exporter food world.  If technologies exported, world will free ever-worrisome crisis.  For this research, tomato were grown coco pit mixed perlite four Dutch buckets compared control pots left prevailing environment outside watered daily.  The variables monitored moisture, temperature, pH nutrient levels.  Data sensors sent laptop over Bluetooth.  usage solar panels power system was also studied.  result indicates 34 - 67% better characteristics for modern techniques control.  &nbsp
